Action to recover damages for breach of a lease agreement, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, Housing Session at New Haven, where the court, Vertefeuille, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of default and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Riddle, J., granted the defendant's motion to open and vacate the judgment and rendered judgment dismissing the matter for lack of jurisdiction, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
