Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Judy R. Jarvis and to Change Caption, filed November 5, 2024, and there being no objection to the granting of that Motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Judy R. Jarvis on the grounds stated in the Motion. All references in the Petition to the federal income tax of petitioner Judy R. Jarvis for the taxable year 2018 are deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Stephen W. Jarvis, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
