On March 10, 2022, the parties filed a Status Report concerning the present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. Among other things, in their report the parties informed the Court that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court granted a discharge to petitioner Sache Jarrett on January 7, 2022.

ORDERED that the stays in this case are lifted. It is further
ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
