MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties filed a joint motion asking that the judgment be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(d). The motion is granted. The trial court's judgment is reversed, and the cause is remanded to the trial court for entry of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement.

The parties have asked that we immediately issue our mandate. We therefore ORDER the clerk of our court to immediately issue our mandate. See Tex.R.App.P. 18.1(c). Costs of the appeal are taxed against the party which incurred them. PER CURIAM
