Japanese Gardens Mobile v. Hunt

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
May 29, 1974
294 So. 2d 113 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. 73-167.

April 19, 1974. Rehearing Denied May 29, 1974.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Pinellas County; Robert Williams, Judge.

Michael N. Brown and Ralph C. Dell of Allen, Dell, Frank Trinkle, Tampa, for appellant.

Richard T. Bennison of MacKenzie, Castagna, Bennison Gardner, Clearwater, for appellees.

This case at first gave us pause, attributed in no little part to the persuasiveness of appellant's arguments. Notwithstanding, however, we have concluded that appellant has failed clearly to make reversible error appear.

Accordingly, the order appealed from should be, and it is hereby, affirmed.

MANN, C.J., and McNULTY and BOARDMAN, JJ., concur.
