ORDER
This Court allows defendants’ petition for discretionary review for the limited purpose of vacating sections V and VI of the Court of Appeals decision (COA22-194) and remanding to the Court of Appeals for further remand to the trial court for hearing upon proper notice on defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, consistent with this Court’s holding in Lynch ν. Lynch, 302 N.C. 189, 197-98, 274 S.E.2d 212 (1981), and on defendants’ motion for attorneys’ fees. By order of the Court in Conference, this the 13th day of December 2023.
