Opinion filed November 4, 1943 Rehearing denied November 23, 1943
TRADE UNIONS, § 4.1 — sufficiency of evidence to support conclusion that injured plaintiff was in good standing in union for six months prior to accident. In action by member of Milk Wagon Drivers' Union for benefits, alleged by plaintiff to be owing him because of injuries which necessitated amputation of leg, held that, notwithstanding plaintiff's various irregularities in payment of dues during period of almost 15 years from time he became member of union until date of accident, evidence supported conclusion that, as far as matter of dues was concerned, plaintiff was in good standing in union for six months prior to accident.
