CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT, § 67competency of counter affidavits on motion to vacate judgment. Although counter affidavits cannot be filed for purpose of showing that there is no merit in defense urged as reason for opening judgment by confession, such affidavits are proper on question of diligence.
