On April 22, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioners had failed to pay the filing fee and file an amended petition. On April 30, 2024, petitioners paid the filing fee and filed an amended petition.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
