Jane Doe, a fictitious name for an infant, by her father, and natural guardian Darren Johnson, and Darren Johnson, individually, and April Johnson, Plaintiffs-Respondents, v. The Bronx Preparatory Charter School and Democracy Prep Public Schools, Defendants-Appellants.


Defendant-appellant The Bronx Preparatory Charter School having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 28, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granged to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the February 2018 Term.
