Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge.

On June 30, 2022, the Court served an Order on the parties in which the Court disposed of respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed June 21, 2022, by granting the motion. Through clerical error, the disposition concerning petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 14, 2021, was omitted. The Court will amend its previous Order.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order and Decision, entered, June 30, 2022, is amended by adding the following ordered paragraph: "ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 14, 2021, as supplemented, is denied as moot." It is further

ORDERED that in all other respects the Court's Order and Decision, entered June 30, 2022, remains in full force and effect.
