PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 26, 2016, and intervenors-respondents James and Jennifer R., having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve their brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of James S. Hinman, Esq., dated May 26, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that intervenors-respondents submit ten copies of their brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 13, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
