This case is scheduled for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 9, 2022, at Des Moines, Iowa. On February 22, and April 1, 2022, documents that the Court served on petitioner at his address of record was returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service, with the following notations on the envelopes: "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward" and "Return to Sender - Attempted - Not Known - Unable to Forward". On April 8, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance. The Certificate of Service attached thereto is addressed to petitioner at the same address of record. However, being that this is the first continuance in the case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed April 8, 2022, is granted and this case is hereby stricken from trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence at Des Moines, Iowa on May 9, 2022, and is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, respondent shall file a status report to inform the Court of another address, if any, for petitioner.
