For the reasons fully set forth in the companion suit, Edwards v. Walker, La. App., 97 So.2d 665, the District Court's judgment is reversed and there is judgment in favor of defendants, dismissing petitioner's demand. All costs are to be paid by petitioner.

Judgment reversed.
