ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is court reporter Yolanda Atkins's third request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. Ms. Atkins states, "I am confident that I will complete the Reporter's Record September 27, 2024." We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed no later than SEPTEMBER 30, 2024. We caution Ms. Atkins that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Chika Anyiam, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 7, Dallas County; Stacy Harlow, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 7; Yolanda Atkins, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
