On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 7 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F20-76976, F20-76977, F20-76978, F21-75710
ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
The clerk's records in these appeals are incomplete because they do not include the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal from the judgment of conviction in each case. Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(a)(2) requires the trial court to complete a trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal "each time it enters a judgment of guilt or other appealable order." Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(a)(2).
We ORDER the Honorable Chika Anyiam, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 7, Dallas County, to transmit to the district clerk within TEN DAYS of the date of this order a signed trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal in each case that accurately reflects the trial court proceedings and the defendant's right of appeal in each case.
We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file a supplemental clerk's record in each case containing the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Chika Anyiam, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 7, Dallas County; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
