Interlocutory judgment and final judgment reversed upon the facts, and new trial granted, costs to appellants to abide the event, upon the ground that the findings of the trial justice are not supported by the evidence. Kelly, P.J., Young, Kapper and Lazansky, JJ., concur; Hagarty, J., dissents, and votes to affirm.
