This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on November 28, 2022, in Los Angeles, California. On October 21, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. Therein, the parties report that all issues have been resolved in the case and that the net effect of the settlement will depend on the final computations, which will be handled by the Internal Revenue Service Independent Office of Appeals. ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
