ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge.

This case was calendared for trial at the April 11, 2023, New York City, New York, trial session of the Court. On April 11, 2023, this case was called from the Trial Session of the Court at New York City, New York. There was no appearance by nor anyone on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. At that time respondent indicated that they expected petitioner to appear and the Court said it would recall the case. Later that day the case was recalled, both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time petitioner requested to speak with a pro bono attorney. The Court agreed to recall the case later that day. This case was then recalled later that day. Both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time petitioner indicated he had a medical emergency and made an Oral Motion for Continuance. Respondent did not object.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Oral Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further ORDERED that this case is returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
