Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 2, 2020. Application by Maria Morley, as administrator of the estate of Anthony De'Angelo, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Anthony De'Angelo, also known as Anthony D'Angelo, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Maria Morley, as administrator of the estate of Anthony De'Angelo, is substituted for the deceased appellant Anthony De'Angelo, also known as Anthony D'Angelo, and the caption is amended accordingly.
