ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On May 6, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. Respondent filed a Response thereto on June 9, 2021, and a supplement to his response on July 15, 2021. By Order served July 27, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file a second supplement to his response to petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, or the parties to file a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. On August 13, 2021, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision is denied as moot.
