ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case was set for trial at the Court's April 4, 2024, trial session in Nashville, Tennessee. On March 7, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance wherein the parties requested that this case be continued to allow the parties additional time to continue working collaboratively on this case, including, potentially, resolving this case. On March 11, 2024, we granted the parties' joint motion for continuance and ordered status reports be filed on or before July 12, 2024. On September 19, 2024, the parties filed a join status report which indicates how "respondent is awaiting the requested information from petitioner's counsel, including confirmation that petitioner has accumulated the necessary funds, including interest, to make the requisite correction payment to an unrelated I.R.C. § 501(c)(3) organization in good standing to facilitate the resolution of this case."

Considering the foregoing it is

ORDERED that on or before November 21, 2024, the parties are to file a joint status report (or separate reports, if preferred) or a proposed stipulated decision in this case.
