On July 12, 2024, the parties filed separate status reports. Respondent avers that as of the date of his status report, petitioner's counsel had not yet provided the information needed by respondent to resolve this case. Petitioner's counsel's status report informs the Court that the parties spoke on July 12, 2024, and that respondent had informed petitioner's counsel that the information that was provided was received after the filing of his status report. Respondent has requested additional information from petitioner's counsel and is awaiting receipt to facilitate settlement in this case.

Given due consideration to the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 20, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case.
