For the reasons assigned in Jaffarzad v. Jones Truck Lines, Inc., 561 So.2d 144 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1990), judgment is rendered on the claim for intervention and apportionment of attorney's fees.
All costs of this appeal are taxed against intervenors, Shop Rite, Inc. and Louisiana Employer's Safety Association Self Insurers Fund.
AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; AND REMANDED.
