This case is currently calendared at the trial session of the Court commencing on April 8, 2024, in Los Angeles, California. On December 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On December 21, 2023, respondent filed a First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order served on the parties on January 16, 2024, the Court ordered petitioners to show cause, in writing, on or before February 7, 2024, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. On April 3, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on January 16, 2024, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, as supplemented December 21, 2023, is denied as moot.
