ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

This case was recalled from the calendar on May 16, 2023, at the San Diego, California, remote trial session of the Court. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and filed with the Court a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that on or before June 15, 2023, petitioner show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause may result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
