Order denying defendant Moskowitz's motion to strike from the judgment a bill of costs taxed against him and denying the motion of defendant Seeman Brothers, Inc., to have a bill of costs taxed in its favor against the plaintiff, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
