This case was on the March 22, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. After we spoke with the parties last month Mr. Jacobson provided his relevant records to the IRS. Respondent has sent them to an Exam Agent to review. This may well end up allowing the parties to reach a reasonable settlement, so it is
