Order dismissing the third cause of action set forth in paragraphs seventh to eleventh, inclusive, of the complaint, on the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action for libel, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
