DANIEL S. JACOBS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent
ORDER
Emin Toro, Judge.
This case is currently calendared for an evidentiary hearing during the Court's April 11, 2024, Los Angeles, California, special session.
On March 25, 2024, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Pretrial Conference Under Tax Court Rule 50 and 110 (Doc. 107), in which he seeks a pretrial conference to "resolve numerous contested evidentiary matters ahead of the April 11, 2024, evidentiary hearing." The Court intends to grant the Motion and schedule this case for a remote on-the-record pretrial conference to be held on April 3, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern (8:30 a.m. Pacific) to consider the matters raised in respondent's Motion. To facilitate the pretrial conference, petitioner may file a response to respondent's Motion (not to exceed 17 pages) on or before April 1 setting forth his views with respect to the matters raised in the Motion. In addition, the parties shall advise the Court on or before March 28 should they have any conflicts with respect to the time noted above. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2024, the parties shall advise the Court should they have any conflicts with appearing at a remote pretrial conference to be held on April 3, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern (8:30 a.m. Pacific). It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 1, 2024, petitioner may file a response to respondent's Motion (not to exceed 17 pages) setting forth his views with respect to the matters raised in respondent's Motion.
