This case is currently calendared for an evidentiary hearing during the Court's January 31, 2024, Los Angeles, California, special session. On November 21, 2023, petitioner filed a Second Motion to Compel Discovery (Doc. 71). On November 30, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance of Evidentiary Hearing (Doc. 73). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 8, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Continuance of Evidentiary Hearing. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Second Motion to Compel Discovery (Doc. 71) and Motion for Continuance of Evidentiary Hearing (Doc. 73) are set for a hearing at the Court's December 13, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

The undersigned judge will preside at the above-referenced hearing.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties of the scheduled hearing.
