ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

On December 28, 2022, this case was assigned to the undersigned judge for purposes of conducting further proceedings pursuant to the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, issued December 27, 2022.

On January 30, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 56). On February 10, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. As discussed during the conference call and agreed to by the parties, the Court deferred further proceedings to permit the parties to pursue possible settlement discussions. On April 10, 2023, and June 12, 2023, the parties filed Joint Status Reports (Docs. 58 & 60).

On June 23, 2023, the Court held a follow-up conference call with the parties. As discussed during the conference call and agreed to by the parties, the Court will calendar this case for an evidentiary hearing. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is calendared for an evidentiary hearing during the Court's Special Session scheduled to take place in Room 1167, Edward R. Roybal Center & Federal Building, 255 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, California, 90012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
