On December 28, 2022, this case was assigned to the undersigned judge for purposes of conducting further proceedings pursuant to the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, issued December 27, 2022.

On January 30, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 56). On February 10, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. As discussed during the conference call and agreed to by the parties, the Court will defer further proceedings to permit the parties to pursue possible settlement discussions. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 11, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
