Order entered January 24, 1967, denying plaintiffs' motion for a temporary injunction, and dismissing the complaint on the cross motions by defendants, unanimously affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements to respondents, on the opinion of Mr. Justice McGivern at Special Term ( 54 Misc.2d 46).
