By order of October 8, 2021, we held this case in abeyance for In re Morrow (Docket No. 161839). On order of the Court, the motion for clarification of this Court's October 8, 2021 order is considered, and it is DENIED. However, we ORDER that the Attorney Discipline Board virtual hearing scheduled for October 26 and 27, 2021, is STAYED pending further order of this Court.
The complaint for superintending control remains in abeyance for In re Morrow .
