Order
On order of the Court, the complaint for superintending control is considered and, it appearing to this Court that the case of In re Morrow (Docket No. 161839) is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case. This order is without prejudice to the hearing panel ordering that the hearing called for by MCR 9.115(G) will be held in person. If such an order is entered, the parties are directed to notify the Court within seven days of its entry.
