MEMORANDUM OPINION


The clerk's record and briefs on file show this case originated in small claims court. This Court does not have jurisdiction over cases originating in small claims court. Howell Aviation Services v. Aerial Ads, Inc., 29 S.W.3d 321, 323 (Tex.App.-Dallas 2000, no pet.). On October 19, 2004, the Court sent a letter to appellant directing her to file a letter brief explaining how this Court had jurisdiction over this appeal. The letter warned appellant that the Court would dismiss the appeal without further notice. After reviewing the clerk's record and briefs on file, the Court concludes this case originated in small claims court thus this Court does not have jurisdiction over this appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal.
