Appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County, A.D. McNeill, J.

Mitchell, Donahoo Rogers and Bedell Bedell, all of Jacksonville, for appellant.

Lanas Troxler, Jacksonville, for Charles R. Johnson, appellee.

Burnis T. Coleman, Tallahassee, Patrick H. Mears, Lakeland, and Herbert W. Miller, Tallahassee, for Florida Industrial Commission, appellee.


The only issue in this case is whether there is any competent substantial evidence to sustain the order brought here for review. We find such evidence in the record. Accordingly the Order should be affirmed. See Sec. 443.07(4) (e) 2, Fla. Stat. 1949, F.S.A.

It is so ordered.
