ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order denying a motion to modify child custody. Sixth Judicial District Court, Humboldt County; Michael Montero, Judge.

On March 23, 2022, this court issued an order directing appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed as moot or to file a notice of voluntary dismissal after obtaining appellant's consent. In response, appellant has filed a motion to voluntarily withdraw the appeal, and states that appellant has consented to this voluntary withdrawal. The motion is granted. This appeal is dismissed.

It is so ORDERED.
