ORDER
The reporter's record was due March 7, 2017. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Yolanda Atkins-Holt by postcard that the record was past due and directed her to file it by April 6, 2017. When the reporter's record was not filed by that date, we ordered Ms. Atkins-Holt to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal by May 15, 2017, cautioning her that we would take whatever action necessary to ensure the record was filed. On May 1, 2017, we received a letter from Ms. Atkins-Holt informing us that she had completed volume 7 and filed it with deputy court reporter Kelly Simmons who had transcribed seven of the nine volumes.
In light of this, we ORDER deputy court reporter Kelly Simmons to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order. Ms. Simmons is cautioned that the Court will take whatever action necessary to ensure the complete reporter's record is filed in this appeal, including ordering a hearing in the trial court or ordering that Ms. Simmons not sit until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Yolanda Atkins-Holt, court reporter; Kelly Simmons, deputy court reporter; Velma Lopez, official court reporter, 195th Judicial District Court, and counsel for all parties.
