ORDER

The reporter's record was due March 7, 2017. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Yolanda Atkins-Holt that the record was past due and directed her to file it within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Atkins-Holt.

We ORDER Yolanda Atkins-Holt to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order. Ms. Atkins-Holt is cautioned that the Court will take whatever action is necessary to ensure the compete reporter's record is filed in this appeal, including ordering a hearing in the trial court or ordering that Ms. Atkins-Holt not sit until the record is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Yolanda Atkins-Holt, court reporter; Velma Lopez, official court reporter, 195th Judicial District Court, and counsel for all parties.
