PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on August 11, 2014, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Constantinee L. Jackson dated January 12, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed with leave to renew upon making a new motion that requests the same relief and further requests an order vacating the dismissal of the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [g]).
