Appeal from the Circuit Court for Sumter County, Thomas Skidmore, Acting Circuit Judge.Robert L. Jackson, Jr., Perry, pro se. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Allison Leigh Morris, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court's order denying Robert Jackson, Jr.'s motion to disqualify the successor trial judge. We dismiss the appeal of Mr. Jackson's emergency motion for writ of habeas corpus, which alleged that he was wrongfully extradited from Georgia, without prejudice to raising those issues in Mr. Jackson's appeal now pending before this Court in Case No. 5D07–1769.

AFFIRMED in part; DISMISSED in part.

ORFINGER, C.J., PALMER and EVANDER, JJ., concur.
