Opinion

No. SC11–2326.

2012-08-3

Robert Lee JACKSON, Jr., Petitioner(s) v. STATE of Florida, Respondent(s).

Because petitioner has failed to establish that the temporary assignment of the trial judge in circuit court case number 2005–CF–303 is improper, he is not entitled to relief. Accordingly, the petition seeking an exercise of the Court's all writs authority is hereby denied. See Physicians Healthcare Plans, Inc., v. Pfeifler, 846 So.2d 1129, 1133 (Fla.2003); Wild v. Dozier, 672 So.2d 16 (Fla.1996); Rivkind v. Patterson, 672 So.2d 819 (Fla.1996); Holsman v. Cohen, 667 So.2d 769, 771 (Fla.1996).

POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
