Filed April 29, 2008. DO NOT PUBLISH Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 5, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-20684-L.

Before Justices WRIGHT, BRIDGES, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Demond Dontra Jackson was convicted of engaging in organized criminal activity. After revoking appellant's community supervision, the trial court sentenced appellant to two years' imprisonment. We adopted a finding that appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal, and submitted the appeal without briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
