Disposition: The State's motion to dismiss this appeal is granted. To the extent that the circuit court treated the motion for records and transcripts as a motion for post-conviction collateral relief, that portion of the judgment is vacated. The appeal of the denial of the request for records and transcript is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. All costs of this appeal are assessed to Montgomery County.
