Appellant having moved for reargument, for vacatur of the dismissal of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered November 20, 2018, for reinstatement of the briefs and record on the appeal, and for other relief, and respondent having cross-moved to dismiss the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is dismissed as unnecessary.
