ORDER

Per Curiam

Rodney Jackson ("Husband") appeals the judgment dissolving his marriage to Debbie Jackson ("Wife"). Husband contends the circuit court abused its discretion in denying his motion for new trial and awarding maintenance to Wife. Husband further contends the court abused its discretion and misapplied the law in dividing assets and liabilities and awarding Wife attorney fees. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b). We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision.

AFFIRMED.
