An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered October 22, 2020, and petitioner-appellant having moved to strike portions of respondent-respondent's brief, and respondent-respondent having cross-moved to dismiss petitioner-appellant's motion, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the portions of respondent's brief that appellant seeks to strike are hereby deemed stricken to the extent that they contain information that is dehors the record and that this Court can not judicially notice, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
