On September 1, 2023, this case was remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for reconsideration. The parties filed status reports on November 27, 2023, January 9, February 20, and May 23, 2024, informing the Court that respondent's Appeals Officer received an offer-in-compromise from petitioner's counsel for consideration. July 19, 2024, the parties filed a status report informing the Court that the Offer in Comprise Unit has not issued a final determination.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that on or before October 21, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report regarding the status of this case.
